Yes, we have a set-up fee that ranges from $2,000 to $18,000 depending on your goals and the level of engagement required.

How long does it take to start seeing results?

We start optimizing and launching your system within the first 2 days. That means you can expect to book consultations within 7 days. While some clients land projects within the first 30 days, the timeline can vary depending on the project type and the length of your sales process.

The average cost to acquire a new construction job is 3% of the build total- in fact- most of you are aware of that if you work with a realtor or job vendor. We only take 1% of the contract value on new homes- and we leave the other 2% for ad spend (we usually acquire them for less anyways).

Do you only market for new construction?

Nope. We have proven campaigns for large remodels, additions, barndominiums, shipping container homes, ADU's, roofing, and even more. We've ran into some interesting opportunities along our journey- and if it's profitable, sellable, and buildable- why not!
