Yes, we have a program fee that ranges from $2,000 to $18,000 depending on your goals and the level of engagement required. We do guarantee our results though- meaning that if we don't perform- you will receive a refund.
We start optimizing and launching your system within the first 2 days. That means you can expect to book consultations within 7 days. While some clients land projects within the first 30 days, the timeline can vary depending on the project type and the length of your sales process.

We have a commission structure that is engineered to be profitable for both of us. The average cost to acquire a new construction job is 3% of the build total- in fact- most of you are aware of that if you work with a realtor or job vendor. We only take 1% of the contract value on new homes- and we leave the other 2% for ad spend (we usually acquire them for less anyways).
